Judge's Comments:
#1 Long exposure, small aperture yields willowy fountains. Black-and-white image adds to the mood and eliminates distractions, and subtle vignetting focuses the eye. Considering burning out/down the white spot near the Café4 sign, the open sign itself, the irregular lights in the upper right, and that whatever and light dots to the right of the last right fountain. Very good image!

#3 B&W is a nice touch. A different angle may help make the people a clearer part of the story.
#4 A good black and white rendition of moving water. Some of the lighter background elements detract from the fountains. I hope you tried different angles to see if a change in the background helped the composition. This is a challenging situation.
