Judge's Comments:
#1 The lights on wires create a strong pattern, but the reflections in the window are distracting, particularly the red exit signs in the lower left and middle of the image. Crop up from the bottom to eliminate distractions (... to just above the red exit sign on the left).

#4 A busy image to view. My eye jumps around looking at the red spots, blue lines at the top, and the Knoxville sign at the bottom. A clearly apparent subject would be helpful.
