Judge's Comments:
#1 The strong in-focus portions of this image hold the eye and the interest. (What is a "foot sanctuary"?) The out-of-focus portions help to set the scene. This viewer recommends cropping in from the left to just before the edge of the Embassy Suites sign, eliminating partial windows which are a bit distracting.

#3 Cropping from the right would improve the main focus of the image.
#4 A well-defined subject is obvious. I would prefer a little more out-of-focus background. It is nice in black and white.
