Judge's Comments:
#1 A very good image. The starbursts on the light bulbs creates an interesting effect that helps to hold the viewer's eye in the center of this image. Reduce the highlights/glare on Dolly Parton's face and hair using the burn brush ever-so-slightly.

#4 A cliche image of downtown Knoxville that is well done. To me, the dominant element of this image is the lights, with the secondary interest being the near artwork. A study of leading lines taking the viewer to a vanishing point in the distance. Technically excellent. Great color.
