Judge's Comments:
#1 The very first thing that I noticed when I saw this image was that it is not level. The exposure is good and composition (low perspective) is strong. The glare on the puddles is distracting. Consider cropping up from the bottom at least eliminating the foreground leaf, possibly more. Other glare can be eliminated by ""burning"" the remaining areas or by using the healing brush in Photoshop.

#3 Cropping from the bottom could improve this image.
#4 My attention goes to the bright reflection on the foreground water, and it isn't in sharp focus. Therefore, once I'm looking at the foreground I'm not happy with what I see. A more interesting composition is in the upper half of the frame. Cropping in on the couple could result in a more interesting image. Photographing from a low angle adds interest to the image.
