Judge's Comments:
#1 This image has a story to tell. I recommend lightening the dark areas of the image and decreasing the glare of the lights somewhat. Consider dodging the image of the person to show more detail and the sign, using a very light touch to ""bring it out"" a bit. Crop in from the left to the vertical line on the wall to eliminate dead space. If these suggestions work for you, it will be a better image, but, to this viewer, showing more of the person in the image is essential.#2

#4 The two bright lights grab the viewer's attention and they aren't that interesting. Brightening (burning in) the person and/or the sign a little would create a stronger image. The darkness of the overall image provides a moodiness.
