#1 Well-done! I have seen other images like this before. The photographer treats us to several star bursts on street lamps and sharp focus, edge-to-edge. This viewer suggests cloning/healing out the tip of the masonry in the upper left and the vertical white line near the upper right edge of the Tennessee Theater building."

#3 This is a nice night shot.
#4 A nice urban nighttime scene. The Riviera sign and nearest street light anchor the foreground and let the rest of the image fall into the distance. The viewer's eyes march down the street with the signs. Technically excellent. The absence of a person or object in the immediate foreground on the street helps the composition to flow with the traffic and signs. Well done.
