#1 Gay Street looks almost lonely in this image. The composition is very good. The exposure is correct, and the focus is sharp. The colors are muted by darkness. The tops of buildings almost blend into the dark sky. This image is not impactful; it is moody.

#4 The interesting parts of this image are in the lower half where the bright lights and streaks catch the viewer's eye. There doesn't seem to be a dominant center of interest. Technically the focus is sharp and the long exposure captures the light trails.
