Judge's Comments:
#1 If a photographer takes an image of a work of art without adding something to the image, does that resulting image really reflect the work of the photographer, or is merely a copy of the original artist's work? The photographer's "addition" in this case is the angle of view of the mural. The photographer chose an angle that makes it look like the subject of the mural is looking directly into the camera, and the tight cropping enhances this effect... This is a very good image.
