Judge's Comments:
#1 The traffic sign in this scene dominates, but the various lines and angles in this image make an interesting and pleasing presentation. But the traffic sign dominates. A viewer could almost miss the pleasing architecture on the other side of the street; the actions of the pedestrians in the lower left; the pleasing lines, colors and hues in the image; or the stories that the image conveys. (What is that distracting dark triangle on the left edge of the image?)

#3 Cropping could help determine if the subject was the One Way sign, the buildings, or the people.
#4 A very busy street scene. The street sign immediately grabs the viewer's attention. I'm not finding much to connect the many details in the image.
