Judge's Comments:
#1 The scooter riders are the center of this image. The motorcycle in the foreground is quite distracting to this viewer. I recommend cropping the lower part of the image up to where the double centerline of the road intersects the right edge. Eliminate the remnant of the mirror with application of a healing brush. Increase the exposure of the image slightly, and highlight/halo the scooter riders using the dodge brush.

#4 I think the electric scooters are the subjects. The lower half of the image is a distraction from the subjects.
