Judge's Comments:
#1 This is an interesting image of a street musician. The blurred image of the two walkers does not help this image. The clear, soft-focused foot of each walker is definitely distracting. This viewer is at a loss to recommend a solution. (The blur brush would not induce motion blur.) The double bow of the fiddler can be solved by cloning/healing.

#4 A nicely executed concept. The details of a dining area in the upper left are a distraction. The bag on the ground to the left of the musician is also an unfortunate distraction that would be difficult to remove and maintain the spontaneity of the scene. An interesting image.
