#1 If this is an image of the bike racks with the foreground flowers, this viewer recommends tight cropping around the racks and complete elimination of the distracting blue and green sign in the background. Crop down from the top to just above the light areas above the racks. Reduce the distraction of the light areas around the racks using the burn brush and clone out the sign in the upper left. This is potentially a strong image."

#4 This is a good concept visualized by the photographer. The bright green circle in the upper right competes with the black bike racks. I hope the photographer walked all the way around these bike racks to examine other compositions. Including the red flowers helps to add sparkle and interest to the image.
